We coordinate the engineering needed to turn the design into construction-ready plans. Structural and site requirements are addressed with the appropriate professionals, taking your property and building method into account.
Contract
We review the agreed scope, specifications, pricing, and responsibilities with you. The construction agreement brings these details together so everyone understands the plan for your home.
Permits
We coordinate the plans and supporting documentation needed for permit submissions and municipal review. Required approvals are addressed before the applicable construction work begins.

Welcome Home
We walk through the completed home with you, address final details, and help you prepare for move-in. Our Warranty / Service Coordinator provides a point of contact for service needs after completion.
