#1 - This deck was built with TimberTech decking boards (Color-Redwood) laid diagonal and TimberTech
Ornamental Railing System (Color-Whitesand). This deck also features a unique picket pattern and a 5 foot
wide staircase with double gate.
#2 - This deck and porch was built
completely with Pressure Treated
material, decking boards on a
straight lay, railing balusters in
standard pattern with top and
bottom rail, custom trimmed
columns, screened in porch area
with door, and extensive custom
paneling around the bottom with
gates. Owner finished this
beautiful deck and porch with
lounge chairs and plants. An
inviting atmosphere to add to any
home.
#3 - The Owners of this Custom
Built stucco finished exterior
home decided to add a screened
porch to the home after
construction was complete.
#4 - After removing the large
walk out deck and chimney, these
Owners added a large screened
porch and new deck on the top
and second levels. This screen
porch was designed to match the
current homes architecture.
#5 - Yearning a place to sit back and relax, these Owners added a gorgeous Front Porch to their previously
expanded home. Decking used is TimberTech, color Redwood. Columns are 8" x 8" HG&B PermaCast with
Tuscan cap and base mouldings. Railing system is Fiberon Horizon Provincial composite railing with Square
Balusters, New England caps, and base Caps in White.
